Credits
What is a credit?
An image costs credits depending on its quality: a concept the least, premium the most. The exact number shows with every choice in the studio and on the pricing page.
Do my credits expire?
Credits from your subscription last until your next invoice. Top-ups you buy separately never expire.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes, with a one-time top-up under Billing in the studio.
Quality
Which photos should I upload?
A flat-lay or a photo on white, on a plain background and without people. Front, back and detail photos of the same piece may go together. The How it works page has the details.
Will my product look the same?
The shoot works from your own product photos. After every image a second model checks that all pieces are there and the pose matches; what is off gets flagged.
Who are the models?
The models in the library are generated and do not exist. If you work with photos of your own model, you need that person’s consent yourself.
Rights
Who owns the images?
You do, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. That is article 5 of the terms.
Is there a watermark?
Not with a subscription. Every generated image does carry an invisible AI marking in its metadata, so platforms can tell it was made with AI.
Subscription
Can I cancel?
Yes, under Billing in the studio. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do I get money back for unused credits?
No, unused credits and partial periods are not refunded (article 6 of the terms).
Data
How long do you keep my images?
We keep generated images for 90 days after they are made. Download what you want to keep. You can always ask for your data to be deleted.
Where is my data?
Your account and the database are with Supabase in Ireland, inside the EU. The other services we use are on the Trust page and in the privacy policy.
