By using VeyraGen you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

VeyraGen provides an AI-powered platform for generating product photos. Features and availability may change at any time.

• —You must provide accurate registration information.
• —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• —You may not share your account credentials.

You may not use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

You retain ownership of images and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process and display it as part of the service. Images generated using the platform are owned by you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

• —Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, depending on the plan chosen.
• —Plan changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• —No refunds are issued for unused credits or partial months.
• —We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
